Like the waistband on these shorts. Elastic at leg bottom may be snug if your thighs are heavier.

The pad in the shorts is thick and my seat is comfortable. The material is a good quality. I usually wear a large but ordered the XLarge after reading the reviews. I am curvy in the thighs and hips.

Ordered a medium for 130 lbs, but didn't realize there are high-waisted and cuts into mid stomach area. Love the design, leg and padding quality.I'll be trying a lower wasted style or ordering the large just hope the legs won't be too big and the waist fits better

I like the look and the long legs on this pair of bike shorts. The padding is adequate - not super firm, but not too thin. The XXL large fits a size 14 woman. While they will stretch to fit a larger size, they don't look as good. They don't seem to offer any compression- they just seem stretch to fit. But will do the trick for every day rides of less than 30 miles.
