Works on raccoons, white-nosed coati, and more!
I have used this two different times with success.1) I had a raccoon with her babies in a 9000 sqft house attic. Spent thousands to try to trap her out. Didn't work, she ate all the bait. I heard where they were in the wall and I drilled a small hole and used a snake camera to go in the hole and yup, 5 little kits looking up at the camera. Because the attic was so large, we started the tennis balls to make a perimeter to lure her to the proper exit and not further in. I did not handle the balls, I was the caller to let them know if she was moving. We then dropped one last one in the wall with them and within 10 minutes they were out.2) 3 years later I am experiencing a raccoon(coati) issue in Costa Rica. The workers had tried pulling up all the roof but she kept running around and they couldn't get them out. I wasn't sure it would work in Costa Rica because the predators are a little different but I decided to give it a go and I bought a second bottle of the trusty eviction fluid. We knew how she got in and made her a little ladder to get the kits down easily. Again, within the hour she was gone and I didn't hear from them again.Bonus: The roof in Costa Rica was also suffering from a massive rat problem (a remodel). These critters also did not return.I would say this is a necessity in a difficult remodel, along with the snake camera.Things to note: I did not attempt to smell it, I had my workers install it and I was a caller to let them know when I heard them leave. In Costa Rica, I did not have access to tennis balls and I used an old rag instead, it was still effective given we were able to pull up the metal roof panels and set it in. I think they don't want you to use rags because if you go to throw it, you might get splash back. For a stick build house, the balls are better because you can throw them to the given location.

It didn’t work.
I wish it had worked! I was very hopeful! It seems very logical. When I first put it out in the attic and at entry locations to under the house, it didn’t deter the raccoon, but I wasn’t sure if it was a male. Then it had babies, four. I reapplied the product, but she paid it no mind! Another reviewer said she nearly hurled from the strong odor. I am very smell sensitive, but barely noticed the smell! I have since ordered a live trap, but have to wait until the kits are weaned or the city will not take them. Meanwhile I have been playing loud rock music. I am not sure if it has any effect on the raccoons, but it certainly has on me!

It’s a MIRACLE!!
We had a raccoon move into our attic about three weeks ago.We knew it was a mother and babies, because we could the trilling and squeaking of the babies. They were in between the walls, and not actually in the attic, so we were afraid to put a cage up there to trap her, because we couldn’t get to the babies. We tried everything suggested!Ammonia, hot sauce, Irish Spring soap, recordings of male raccoons and fighting raccoons, banging on the walls, and nothing fazed her!!We are in Texas, and it was so hot in the attic, that we thought for sure she would leave.NOPE!I was at my wits end, on what to do.I was told that if she was in our walls, they would have to tear them out, to get to her. That was not an option!!So, out of desperation, I ordered this product.I really had little hope or expectations for it.I told my daughter, that she would probably want to bathe in it.So, my daughter went up to the attic, and while standing on the ladder still, she peeled the seal off the bottle.Immediately the baby(there was only one) started screaming, and the mother RAN, across the attic, to get to her baby.My daughter threw 4 small tennis balls, into the area she had been, and before my daughter could even get down off the ladder, the raccoon and her baby were gone!!We are talking less than 5 minutes!!It is very strong smelling, and it seems that both could smell it, as soon as the bottle seal was peeled off.I have a very sensitive sense of smell, and I could smell it, in my bedroom under the part of the attic where the tennis balls were thrown. My daughter couldn’t smell it.She only put on 3-4 drops per ball, but probably could have used less.By the next day, I couldn’t smell it anymore.I really did not expect this to work!!Rarely am I so stunned at how well something works! This exceeded my expectations so profoundly, I really cannot tell you, how AMAZING it is!!I am so thankful I took the chance! It is pricey for a product, if it doesn’t work, but this product is worth every penny and more!!LOVE IT!!!!

Raccoon eviction fluid
Someone told me they seen a raccoon in our attic. A small one, so I assumed that a mama was staying there also. I don't know if this fluid works or not but it's simple and easy to use. So hopefully mama has left and taken her offspring with her.

THIS REALLY WORKED!
I've been in my home for about 17 years, and in the last 2 or 3, have been visited by raccoons in my attic. They have done damage to my roof (that's how they got in) and I often hear them above me. They have even had kits. I've trapped them and had them taken away, only to have another move in months later. The day finally came where I decided to have the roof replaced with a metal roof (for longevity and to deter them from making more damage). I was also having some electrical work done and was concerned for the workers who would have to go up into the attic, and also, didn't want to trap those rascals inside under the new roof. So a few days out, I put this on some tennis balls and threw them in different corners of the attic. I feel like they left overnight. THIS STUFF STINKS HORRIBLY!!! I could smell it through the box it came in, and when I opened the top, I was seriously ready to hurl. I didn't smell it inside the house though. The roof went up, and no more noises in the attic. Easy, humane and cost effective solution to a costly problem.
