This neck knife is perfect, I wear it everywhere. The knife itself is sharp and small enough to easily conceal. The sheath is black and had a little metal clip on the back so it is able to clip to a belt or pants if needed. The knife is balanced equally if you need to throw it. I have thrown mine and it has performed well. For the money, great buy. Update_****** I have been using this knife daily and it's been a bit less than I year since I've owned it. I have been using it as a throwing knife as well as an EDC knife because I believe in training with what I carry. The tip of the knife broke and it is now pointless and will not stick. This happened because it hit a hard surface. This knife is still a great buy and I will be purchasing another 2. Great product for the price

Great little knife
Love this knife. I take it on hikes for protection. It pulls out of the sheath very nicely.

My EDC
i have an extensive collection ranging from very expensive kabar to this little thing. For the price it's unbeatable. It's sharp enough. If you are buying a knife to cut something constantly buy a box cutter. If you don't want to carry your 11 inch kabar tanto that's strapped to your leg, then this is it. I carry this as my EDC and a back up when I have my kabar. Let's be honest, if you are using it to save your neck, you are not gonna ninja slash someone, that little sharp point is what does the trick. Mine is sharp enough to cut my paracord, pointy enough to impale a ham, and easy enough to deploy one handed. I conceal it on my belt in the pit of my back. So for all the knife nuts, it's a cheap blade to use and if you lose it for any reason you won't cry over a 150$ knife. That's the pros. Let's get to the con's. No hilt, means when you stab that ham and hit the bone, your hand is gonna slip and get sliced open on the blade, still better then sleeping 6ft under the ground. That twine they wrapped around the handle, I took that off and gave it to the cat, useless. I dislike neck knives so it's either on my redwings, or belt. I wrapped paracord around the handle, classed up the Kydex sheath, and put a lanyard on it so if it comes to a ground fight, which all fights do, my arms and hands bashing into the pavement have a less tendency to lose the knife. Let's be honest here you buy this for one purpose, to be able to breathe a few more years. I am going to include a photo of my upgrade, and my kabar so you get the idea why it's a great knife for its intended purpose. If you want to chop wood, be a weekend warrior go over to Ontario knife, or kabar. Want to protect yourself for EDC this is a stable bet for under 10$. Some people had issues with the Kydex I don't. Lose 1 star for the cheesy string

Nice little knife. For the price, you can't go wrong!
I didn't expect a lot for the price, but I was pleasantly surprised by this little knife. I was looking for a knife to attach to my EDC fanny pack. This one was small enough to fit along the top of the pack without too much protrusion by the handle. I like that the knife is decently sharp, and is sturdy and light. Some people didn't like the paracord wrap, but I do like it as it keeps the weight down, gives a better grip and matches my fanny pack. I was also pleased by how well the sheath retained the knife. It is secure enough, yet you don't have to fight to pull the knife out. For the money, you just can't go wrong!

Good for the Price, Could be Worse.
For the price I can really complain, the knife itself is very light weight and thin, which hurts the hand when holding. The "paracord" wrap on the handle became undone the first time I used the knife which required retying and melting with a lighter. The knife itself came decently sharp, however is rather soft metal. I have a Milwaukee folding knife that when hit with a hammer on the dull edge produced no sign of wear, this knife however dented when hit. (Obviously most will not use this knife as a makeshift ax) but when I consider a knife for survival purposes I would like for it to be able to handle anything I throw at it. The sheath on the other hand is built well, the belt clip on the other hand is kind of a joke, when you pull the knife to remove it from the sheath, due to the tight fit of the knife in the sheath you end up pulling both when you intended to remove the knife from the sheath only. If this was all I had it would work in a pinch, however for the money $10 it could be a lot worse! Would I buy another one? Probably. Would it be the only knife I own? Heck no.

Makes for a great emergency kit knife, especially for the price
I needed a smaller fixed-blade knife to keep in my EDC emergency kit. This kit is roughly 6" x 4" x 3", so there is not much room for a bigger knife. This paracord-wrapped open-frame knife is the perfect size. It makes an ideal neck knife with the included sheath, or it can be lashed to a stick as a spear. The steel is 3cr, so it's not especially strong, but it sharpens quite easily, and it works well with a Ferro rod. For $6, you really can't go wrong.

Handle too thin- Fixed
These Master knives are very simple, stainless steel, sharp, and priced right. I have 3 and like them. The handle is too thin though. To fix this I whipped 1/8 inch nylon line (rope) tight to the handle. Just whip over the existing line or rope. This makes the handle about 1/2 inch thick which has a much better feel. Google whipping line or rope if you are not familiar with it. It is very easy to do it. And just tuck the loose ends into the handle to hide them. The sheath works well and holds the knife well. The knife is slightly on the smaller side but exactly what is wanted.

Worth it. Buy 5.
Better than expected. Knife is good quality, unwrap the handle when you get it. The cord will come loose as it's not well fixed. Just loosely tucked in the handle.
