Ordered this item as it looked like a good deal for the money. It came, No tags on. Sleeve tag missing, button came off amost immediately. No spare buttons with it. I smelled a RAT. Sent it back. Re-ordered another, it came - Tags on sleeve and through button hole, 2 Spare buttons for Epoulettes and front of coat as they are different sizes.Unfortunately the button was hanging off the back and I had to sew it on myself and I am no Tailor so did the best I could.The second coat is totally different to the first. I am 99% sure the first was worn for some time and returned for me to end up with a second hand, pre-worn item for full As New price. DISGUSTING. It was definitely not just tried on. They probably wore it, swapped for another size and kept the buttons as extra spares. Doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to work that out. It also had a worn smell.Second one is an improvement and it is not a bad coat but I have no choice but to rate my experience as 1 Star.Crap quality control and unpleasant all round experience. Although coat is good apart from what I have stated....
