Had Cervical surgery C 3-7 within 12 wks I was completely fused.Dr was amazed I healed and fused completely that early in my recovery !!

This supplement caused severe back pain and hip pain after taking the prescribed dosage for about 11 days. In general, I felt terrible. As soon as I quit taking the pills , my health returned. I have an autoimmune disease. Don’t know if that makes a difference, but I would recommend extreme caution for anyone interested in trying this supplement. Also, I have a second bottle that I never opened, but can’t return for a refund because I bought it thru Amazon!

My wife's doctor said she had the beginnings of osteopenia, she is in her 60's so no surprise. We tried this for one month but decided the price was too high if we did not know if it helped. Wouldn't know without another bone density scan. Switched to Dr's Best Bone restore which is much cheaper and addresses the problem in a different way- bioavailable calcium and vitamin K2.

My wife has been taking these daily for almost a month, and has had no noticeable side effects. Some supplements will give her heartburn or indigestion, and that hasn't happened with these. There is no after tastes, and they are easy to take. As for whether they are helping with her recently diagnosed osteoporosis, we have no way of telling until the next time she gets tested by her doctor. But they certainly don't seem to be hurting.

Have never heard of this. We have a family member who has osteo concerns in their lineage. This product claims to give up to 8-10% increase in bone density. This is worth a try. Will report back later.

I already have osteoarthritis and my doctor suggested I may want to start taking some supplements to help prevent osteoporosis. I figured I'd try these vitamins and see how it goes. They are fairly easy to swallow, don't really leave a taste in my mouth, and seem to be a decent quality with beneficial vitamin ingredients. I've never taken any other bone health supplements to compare them to though so I can't say how they are in comparison to other similar supplements. I also can't say if they have done anything beneficial for me. I guess only time will tell on that part. I've not seen or felt any noticeable differences in my body but I've only taken them for a month so far and I'm not sure you'd actually physically notice a difference unless you were being checked by the doctor to measure your bone density and such. Overall, they seem reasonable in price compared to other similar vitamins and seem like they probably will work well with continued use to increase overall bone health.
