Q: Can this be cut to fit smaller space?

Although it can be cut, all of the edges are reinforced with thick binding, so cutting it will cause it to unravel. Mine is a little too long for my space, so I simply folded it over at the end and attached it through the layers with the enclosed ties.

Q: Is this supposed to come all folded up? I thought it would come in a roll and don't know how to get all the deep creases out.

Yes, almost all screens with grommets/trim or hems come folded from any seller. Rolls have no grommets or edging and are just raw fabric, we sell those as well. You can't roll up a patio screen because its uneven and it just doesn't work. When installed as tight as possible...to where you are almost stretching the screen...and with heat and time, most fold marks and creases go away. This is normal and the only around it is to buy raw fabric and put in the grommets and trim yourself...and even the raw fabric rolls are typically folded in half.

Does a great job

These are just what I wanted to screen off two of my balconies. I secured them to the steel railing with cable ties. Not the ones provided however, because 1) they're white, very visible, and 2) they're not UV rated and thus probably not for outdoor use. Instead I picked up some black UV-resistant ties at the hardware store.
