Nice purchase - Great heat distribution
I've had the chance to use my stone and loved it! The pizza was evenly cooked, and the bottom was nice and crispy. The paddle, which is nice and sturdy, definitely comes in handy when taking the pizzas off the stone. I highly recommend this purchase if you're making your own pizza dough. Nice packaging, good-looking and heavy stone, and no sticking.

Amazing addition
I bought this after watching a bunch of tiktoks while doom scrolling late at night. Every video with amazing home made pizza had a pizza steel, I couldnt replicate their results before owning this. Even with store bought dough from Aldi, this pizza steel cooks the crust amazingly. I was so surprised that a tiktok video was actually being truthful! This will elevate your pizza making skills with your home oven.

Solid deal and well made
Nice set up actually. Give the steel appropriate time to heat up and you'll get nice leopard print crust. The peel is really nice as well. Its a bit of a learning curve, just dust the peel with flower, quickly slip (twitch) the peel under your prepared dough. Briskly top your dough, and occasionally shake the peel to ensure the dough is still moving. Then slip it on the steel, with a reverse twitch of the peel sliding it out from under the pizza. I really like this set up, Ive done no less than 9 pizza's in a little over a week. Its all constructed sturdy.

Don’t buy this set
The stone itself is pretty good, but the peel is terrible. We used it once and it has a huge split in it. It is way to small to do anything with it anyway, but if you are considering buying this set because the price is good and includes the peel, do yourself a favor…buy a different stone with a separate peel. I would recommend a much larger, thinner and metal peel to actually be able to make your pizza on, transfer to the heated stone and then be able to remove your pizza from the stone. We have torn a few pizzas trying to use spatulas since the peel is too small, too thick with too steep of a taper, and now has a split in it that catches everything that touches it. I would not recommend this set at all.

Produces an amazing crust and pizza!
I bought the “rectangular” pizza peel and I have to say it makes amazing pizza, especially the bottom crust! The only downside is that it is smaller than I hoped, so we can’t make large pizzas. However, the pizza comes out amazing every time. We use the steel pizza peel to turn the pizza once in the oven and a wooden one to launch it in the oven.
