Great Taste and Easy to Take
I really enjoy these apple cider vinegar gummies. They have a pleasant taste and are very easy to take every day. I like that I don’t have to drink liquid apple cider vinegar, and the gummies are convenient to keep in my daily routine. Overall, I’m very happy with this product.

Works!
Worked my way up to 2 gummies per day, in 1-2 weeks. First few days: improved bowel elimination First 1/2 week: less hungry, reduced cravings for junk First whole week: now up to one whole gummy, noticeable reduction in junk cravings, especially sweets. Like absolutely NO cravings for junk 1 wk 2-3 days: lost about 6 lbs, plus water weight (6 lbs not including water weight) - now about 1.5 gummies, definitely eating less and more satisfied with smaller meals Appx 2 whole weeks: all of the above now consistently. My family wanted ice cream, i pulled up to the ice cream store and couldnt even force myself to get out. It sounded horrible! Instead i have been craving fruit fruit fruit! Good stuff, fruit (not juice) is so healthy! This also helps with eliminations. I take one gummy with my first meal and eat noticeably less, and no cravings for junk, NONE, in 1-2 wks. I take the 2nd gummy with my late lunch or snack or dinner. Also the taste is deliciousssssss! A little more gummy than stuff n chewy than i like, but it makes the product extremely palatable. They are working for me and hopefully will remain improved. I will definitely be purchasing this product again!

Great Product but Does Contain Sugar
These are great for daily acv without being harsh on your stomach. They taste good. The added b vitamins and folic acid seem to boost my energy levels. There is added sugar, so if this is a concern for you, take note.

Decent flavor gummy
I've been using these gummies for a few months now. My recent blood work showed a slight improvement in blood sugar so I'm thinking that they help. Try them and see for yourself I guess.

Quality changed
We order these all the time and have always been happy with them. This time around they seemed smaller and thinner. Price was the same though.
