Absolutely delicious, terribly expensive :-(
The taste of this syrup is really wonderful, and its ingredients very healthy, if you are trying to eat perfectly. No gluten, no grains, no sugar, no dairy . . . a real treat, EXCEPT it is beyond expensive! If you have a family of 4 or 5, and have pancakes for 1 breakfast, you may have a drop left, but if your family is any bigger than that, it is a one meal bottle. I know you have to be willing to sacrifice for excellent items. People pay huge amounts for excellent wine, for expensive perfumes etc., but when the item could help so many people, have an occasional treat, for their family, it is really too bad, this company can't work hard to make it more avoidable! If they did/do, I believe they will be rewarded with resounding sales. I would love to buy a 6 pack of bottles, but our family just can't pay over $12, for syrup for one meal. Please reconsider, and either make the bottle twice as big, or cut the price in half. Then you will have it flying off all shelves, and many will request local stores to carry it as well. Please be responsive to this respectful request.

It tastes like Mrs Butterworth not maple syrup
I was really really looking forward to this item, hoping that it would taste like real maple syrup. Instead, when I tasted it, it tastes like real Mrs Butterworth syrup. It did not taste like the maple syrup, the regular maple syrup that you would buy. So I compared this with a bottle of Vermont lidl market maple syrup which is so delicious, to compare with this Allulose maple syrup, and this particular a l l u l o s e Maple syrup does not taste like maple syrup. It tastes like the Mrs Butterworth syrup. Nevertheless, the taste is very sweet and I love that sweet taste so even though it may not be exactly maple syrup, it's a very delicious sweet to syrup. So I'm giving it five stars also because I want to encourage all the makers of those who make low carb products for us. Thank you Amazon for carrying this. I am very glad though, that it does not have a lot of carbs.

Did not spike Blood Sugar.
I started Keto a while ago and so far it has been going great. However, I found that I did miss having pancakes in the morning. I set out to find a low carb "maple" syrup that wasn't filled with junk as I am very picky about the ingredients in food products. Most of the low carb syrups I found had added caramel coloring, thickeners, preservatives, and artificial & natural flavorings added to them, which is a big No-No for me. I stumbled across this product and it seems to be the least offending low carb syrup when it comes to the ingredients label. It is just two ingredients: Allulose, Natural Maple Flavor. I decided to buy it even though the price was a bit steep, and I was a bit skeptical about it not raising my blood glucose. I held on to it for a week before I decided to try it, and my first impressions were: BLOOD GLUCOSE: I have tested my glucose 2 days in a row to see how this syrup affects my blood glucose. 1st day: I tested my fasting blood glucose right before eating my breakfast. Fasted blood glucose came back at 86 mg/dl. Breakfast consisted of 4 low carb pancakes with 2 ounces of All-u-lose maple syrup and 4 sausages. I tested again exactly 30 minutes later and to my surprise, my blood glucose was lower than my fasting blood glucose: 81 mg/dl. 2nd day, had a similar meal but added more protein to my breakfast. Fasting glucose right before meal: 84 mg/dl. 30 minutes after start of meal: 95 mg/dl. 1 hour after start of meal: 96 mg/dl. 2 hours after start of meal: 91 mg/dl. I think it is safe to say that this syrup has a very minuscule effect on blood glucose. TASTE: Reminds me of the conventional pancake syrups most of us grew up with. Taste isn't bad at all. With most sugar replacements, there is usually an after taste; with this syrup there is no after taste at all. It is sweet, just like you would expect a pancake syrup to be. TEXTURE: It is slightly runny, similar to genuine maple syrup. I almost poured half the bottle over my pancakes because I overestimated how thick it was. The spout for the bottle is a little big as well, which may have been why I accidentally poured out too much. The syrup has a tackiness like genuine maple syrup; not overly thick and tacky like Aunt Jemima or Mrs. Buttersworth. Some people claim that this will cause an upset stomach and bathroom issues; I did not experience this. I assume if one consumed enough of it, it may cause that to happen. So to summarize, I really like this syrup and have not experienced any negatives. My blood glucose has not been affected by this syrup, it tastes fine, and the ingredients are very minimal. I will probably continue to purchase this syrup.

Delicious syrup!
This is great syrup. I have used lalanto in the past, which has the weird taste of monkfruit and is thin and watery. This syrup doesnt have any weird taste, butterness or aftertaste and its a little thicker, closer to traditional syrup. I love it and will continue to buy this, even though its a little pricey. But ive come to the conclusion its worth the extra cost to get stuff thats sugar free that i actually like. In general, Im starting to swap other things with sweetener for allulose when I can. I used to prefer erythritol because it was the only sweetener without a weird or bitter taste or aftertaste. The cooling effect didnt bother me and I didnt notice it when I added it to food, i usually dont use a lot. Anyway I dont taste any aftertaste or bitterness or weirdness with allulose. And from what ive read allulose is better for the digestive system than erythritol - possibly even being beneficial. I havent had any noticeable gas or other upset from allulose, but i use it sparingly.

BEST I'VE TASTED YET
This syrup is delicious. I've had many others that I could not consume. This is the closest to maple syrup I have found. Search no further. Just try it! I had it on top of my chocolate Keto pancakes. I'm so happy that I can have pancakes with syrup again. This syrup is so diabetic-friendly. I strongly suggest getting this BettterTaste Allulose Syrup. I only purchased one bottle but now I know I will be coming back for more. A little goes a long way. It's sweet with no aftertaste. NOTE: I emailed the seller about refrigeration as there were no suggestions on this bottle. This is their reply " The product doesn’t need to be refrigerated, but it’s recommended for long shelf life. I’m glad you’re one of our customers and enjoy the product we developed." BetterTaste

Tastes great but very expensive for a little bottle
I would give it 5 stars for taste because it definitely tastes like the real thing without an aftertaste but I gave it 3 stars because it's very expensive for a tiny little bottle
