Great Phone go for it
I don't found any issue in the phone except once during daily usage it displays samsung logo but after pressing volume up and power key it restarted and after few updates I never found this issue again. Back camera quality is excellent but front camera is acceptable. Battery life is awesome. No hanging problem White colour is attractive. Performance wise I don't face any issue in daily usage. No heating problem I noticed till now. Cons~ FHD+ display can be provided Front camera quality can be improved. Overall the phone is value for money at 13500~14500 only.

A21s
This is a21s product of samsung. This is totally made in india. I suggest u all to buy this type of products. But there is a complain for the samsung india. That is, the products (mobiles) which you made at this time are very large in display size. But some people of india needs a small size of mobile phone. Which is easy to carry in the hand. If u are reading this (samsung india) plz note my some advise. Thanking you.

Allrounder with excellent battery
Bought this phone for my mother, Nice and big display and excellent battery life, easily last for almost 2 days with moderate usage. Overall device performance is nice, somewhat bulky and camera setup is also good and useful. Call drop happen sometimes with airtel sim and i think the call volume is slightly low, otherwise the phone is simply superb. On last and most important thing for me is that this is not a chinese product. Just go for it.

Worth Experiencing!!
Earlier to this, I had Samsung M30. I used it for a year and thought of changing it. I found an option of exchange and it was so satisfying that they took my old phone for 7500 and game me this Samsung A20s again for just half of its its original price. Really Happy!! So its been almost a week that am using it and its just amazing better then M30, I feel. 1. Battery life is more then I expected, I watch lot for series on Netflix and its just amazing that battery once charged 100% lasts more then 18 hours. 2. Feel of touch is amazingly smooth and soft. 3. Video quality is just perfect. 4. Looks great. 5. Camera is good, I like the pro feature. 6. I don't expect anymore from a phone (with this budget) aprt from what I wrote above.

A midrange device with good rear cameras and huge battery.
First of all ,this phone will only for those who are low/moderate user, not for heavy activities like extreme gaming or high graphics rendering like work. This device is actually o.k and I have received so many software updates so there is no touch issue ,camera issue in this phone at present. The Exynos 850 is a very power efficient chipset so you do not have to worry about battery life. Although I am using this device with a single SIM card so yes if you use two Sims then you may notice some difference. It is a good capable processor but not to be compared with the QS700 series processors or Mediatek's helio g90/95t type processors. It is not better than those previous exynos processors and the i.s.p is not that good and being not a heavy gamer I did not face any heating issues yet. Actually this processor is kind of entry-level chipset that falls far behind present powerful Qualcomm and Mediatek premium range chipsets. Camera is pretty good, especially the rear cameras; the main 48mp gm2 sensor seems to be very capable and can take real good images in day-light as well as in artificial lighting but the lack of night mode in camera is clearly a bummer. The 8mp ultra-wide camera gives a 123° f.o.v which is really useful while taking ultra-wide shots. In low-light the ultra-wide camera struggles a lot but in day-light it takes real good photos. The macro camera can be quite useful in some scenarios and I have used it a lot, good not better or best. There is also a 2mp depth sensor and with that you can take good portrait shots. I rarely use the front camera which is a 13mp shooter and it is quite good. Battery life is really good on this one. I already have mentioned that I am using this with a single SIM so I am getting almost 1.5 days of battery life under moderate usage. The 15W fast charger comes within the box but it is not that fast; it will take almost 2 hours and 10 minutes to completely charged from 0-100. I always cleared the memory and turned off data connection while put the phone on charge and I tested it under several conditions like : from 15-100,it took around 1 hour and 55 minutes, from 21-100 it almost took 1 hour and 46 minutes. Screen quality is just good, not the best one since it is not an amoled panel, it is an hd+TFT LCD panel which shows less saturated colours but accurate colours while compared to amoled. The display is visible under direct sunlight but definitely not as bright and lucid as an fhd+ panel. Display is big, a 6.5" one with a punch-hole at the upper left, looks fresh. Call quality has improved after software updates; it is real good now. I have not faced any call drop issue. Samsung is really excellent when it comes to regular software updates, they are doing a brilliant job. So after 4 months of usage, these are my ratings regarding various aspects of this one 1) processor= 5 out of 10 2)camera(rear)= 7 out of 10, front= 6 out of 10 3)display= 6 out of 10 4)speaker=8 out of 10( really good when you use with a headphone) 5)battery= 8 out of 10 6)charging= 5 out of 10 7)design and build=8 out of 10 8)call quality=7 out of 10 9)security and biometrics= 8 out of 10 conclusion: there are better options available from Samsung and they are far better than this one. If possible try to ignore this device.

One of the best phones in the range.
Charging: Fast charger not provided, takes 2:15 hours for getting full. Performance: Highly stable thanks to 6 Gb RAM on offer. Adaptive brightness shows laggy response. Camera is not as expected, performs poorly at night. .. Samsung has a few scopes of improvement for this model overall.
