High quality product. Solidly built, with solid materials. I much prefer a belt to a vest because it's easier to put on and take off. Also being a lightweight (I weight 125lbs) the 30-some pound maximum weight is plenty.Note: I have a 28" waist, and the belt fits snug at its shortest setting. I imagine it might still fit a 27"waist but perhaps not 26" or lower.

This is a very good product, it’s got a good amount of heft to it, and it doesn’t put as much stress on your spine like a weight vest does. And since it’s adjustable you can built up your endurance gradually with this product.

doesn't stay on. directions sparse and unintelligible. no photos or videos about putting it on correctly.

Disappointed that there are no instructions how to properly put them on. I haven't used them yet....too confusing.

It's what I wanted. The only thing is instructions to how to put it on. The strips on the back at time digs into my back because the strips are flipped. Maybe I did it wrong. But over all I like. Thank you.

These 10lb ankle weights are exactly what I've been searching for. Well worth the money and the customer service was excellent. Thank you so much.
