This product worked perfect for my homemade mustard ! I made 2 jars and that'll last me 6 months or more so great value and great quality ! :)

Add hot water to your mustard mix to keep the heat/spiciness of the finished product down
Used for stone-ground mustard. Nicely packaged, resealed well, easy to extract by the measuring tablespoon.Yielded a flavorful, but not hot, mustard (100% of the mustard was this seed, no other added). I used ~130'F water. Next batch (in a few months) I'll try 55'F water and see how hot it can get. Recommend for trying DIY stone-ground mustard mix. (Tip: use champagne vinegar and honey. I personally hate tarragon, but you could use tarragon vinegar.)

Definitely enhanced flavor but not strong
This brown mustard seed is pretty good compared to the other ones. I had some black mustard seed which is weaker than this.
