Big Blue Baseball/Softball Scorebook – Premium Score Keeping Book – 16 Player - 30 Game Scorebook with Pitch Count, Individual Player Stats, Batting Average Chart

FYI - I am NOT a score keeper for any league. However, I do score a game to hold my interest in the game and for the pleasure (skill) of doing it. I love this score book but - I bought the wrong size and thus the three star “easy to use” rating. This scorebook is oversized and probably meant to lay flat on a table in the scorers booth - not sitting in a stadium seat - it’s too big and too cumbersome to use in a seat. However, this is the best score book that I’ve used. There’s room for a ton of information for each batters slot. It’s easy to use and gives an easily readable complete game picture at the end of the game. To address extra innings - there are perforated extra inning score sheets…not the best idea of how to do it but for me, isn’t an issue. I will buy this again but the smaller version!

This is hands down the best scorebook I've ever used. The pages are so big you can easily write in details like RBIs and stolen bases. And if you need to add subs, each game has 16 rows for players. After the game, stats easy because the writing isn't cramped into tiny spaces. If you wear glasses, this book's great because it's oversized and easy to read. Plus, it's got enough pages to cover 30 games.

I purchased this book as my daughter is getting older and I wanted to keep a much more accurate book for her games. I was looking for a larger book with significantly larger boxes than I am used to. The picture shows an Academy book on the left and the SR book on the right. The boxes are not much larger so if you are looking for larger boxes I would look elsewhere. I still plan to use this book as it does have lot more information in each box so I think scorekeeping will be easier with this book. It does seem extremely user friendly which is why I’m still giving it a 4 star rating.

I didn't realize when I ordered that this scorebook is VERY LARGE. It is larger than any other scorebook I've used. It's almost comically large, and a bit awkward to sit on your lap because of its size. It's my fault for not reading the description carefully, and it's not a bad book, just make sure you know before you order that it's called BIG BLUE for a reason.

Excellent scorebook. Makes 'doing the book' a real breeze.

I love the large boxes and many options for recording plays.

I’m the main bookkeeper for our team and like to keep detailed notes like errors, RBI’s, etc. This book is great and has enough room for everything.

This score book is much larger than I thought it would be; however my husband who is the coach loves the size. He said it makes his job of reviewing the scorebook much easier. Unless you have an official press box for the score keeper, I would go with something smaller as this is much too big for your lap. Our team scorekeeper likes it and says the layout is easy to use and see. Once we fill this one up with games, we will be purchasing another one.
