Sturdy and durable
Used this for our granddaughter’s tree house ! It was easy to install the girls could climb it easily .. they were thrilled.

Perfect size
This ladder was a perfect fit for the tree house. MAKE SURE YOU ANCHOR THE BOTTOM. Without anything anchoring it, it swings all over the place when trying to climb it and both my kids AND my husband fell off while trying to climb because of the moving around. It was actually really funny to watch. Then we anchored the bottom and it worked PERFECT...till the dogs chewed the rope all to pieces. Not very durable against dogs...

Decent quality
Overall decent, the only thing I don't like doesn't have straps on the bottom of the ladder to secure it to the floor

Not great
Don't like it. Twists too much while climbing making it impossible to get to top of tree house. Disappointing.

cheap synthetic fiber rope
There's not much to say about this, other than the appearance leaves a lot to be desired - to us, it's very different from the photos.

Wish it was wider/ inaccurate description
The width of the rungs are extremely narrow, definitely NOT for adults even though the product description says it is for kids and adults....

Safe exit from loft
Longer than some rope ladders. Easily takes the weight of an adult.I fixed it to a trap door in the loft for escape in the event of fire.

Good product, longer than expected
Much longer than expected, which is great, but it would be useful to know how many rungs come with each size option. I ordered the middle size and it came with 11 rungs, each a foot apart, plus a over a metre of extra rope at the top. This is not a complaint, the extra length is appreciated, but would have been useful to know this when choosing which length to order.
