BUY IT...THIS STUFF WORKS!
This stuff works! I was surprised at how well this works, just follow what everyone else is saying (lay on thick hour or two before session, wrap with cellophane wrap, have tattoo person remove when needed). Worked great completely numb..like freakishly numb. But only issue I had was it only lasted two hours. My session was only ywo hours long so it was perfect, and I used HUSH on my second session 15 days later, worked both times great..

I really liked this product
I really liked this product, but unfortunately this is how I found out I am allergic to Lidocaine. It works fantastically, I wrapped my the side of my calf about two hours prior after taking a hot shower. I made sure to lather on this stuff. You rub in one layer then let the second layer sit on top, then wrap with plastic wrap. Could feel next to nothing and sat comfortably and happy for 4 hours. My artist said it was harder to tattoo with this stuff on my leg because it had closed my pores up. My leg was not willing to take the ink as easily as if I hadn't used it. I would recommend if you are doing something with a lot of line work. But if you are doing a huge piece with colors and shading, I would try the spray version. Maybe that doesn't close your pores up as much. It did do it's job though and made me almost completely numb.

Miracle! Get it! It worked!
LOVE this product! I took a hot shower, applied 1/4 inch thick of this stuff, and wrapped it up an hour before my appointment. My artist took it off when he was ready to sanitize and begin. I literally didn’t know he started. I saw him wiping and was surprised! Some spots I could feel more than others but I probably didn’t apply it evenly. The most pain was 3/10 and that was 3 hours after we started. Get it!!!PS- My tattoo artist told me in the future to take a hot shower, massage in a thin layer & wrap it for 10 minutes. Then repeat a second time for another 10 minutes. Then apply a third time with the 1/4 inch layer and wrap.

It works and eased the sting of the needle.
I have gotten several tattoos and I am the biggest pansy. I hate the needle and all of my tattoos haven't taken more than 10-15 min because I can't handle the pain. I wanted a bigger more intricate piece done so I purchased the hush anesthetic in hopes of it helping with the sting of the needle. I am happy to say that it did its job. I got a big piece on my shoulder blade and the first hour and a half I barely felt anything. Once it started wearing off I felt the sting but it wasn't as bad. It eased my anxiety. It made my experience of a 3 hour session super tolerable and easy.

This was great for his side chest and rib piece
This was great for his side chest and rib piece . Read the directions tho because you have to apply an hour before your session and wrap it . He went first for the outline without this hush gel and it was a b*****. So we got this to help ease the pain and the second session for the shading we were ready . He said he reallllly felt the difference and it’s well worth it for sure .

Inconsistent product.
It's hit or miss. I laid it on thick and as I lay here getting tattooed I can feel A LOT. It maybe dulled the pain a pinch... but not much. I've had good luck in the past with Hush gel but it doesn't seem consistent. It was also a fresh bottle so there was no oxidation.

Get all 3 for long sessions!
I used this for my single chest session. I was numb for 4 out of the 4.5 hours it took to complete. We did also use the spray gel and the foaming soap as a booster. This is a wonderful product. Just be wary, if you leave the product on too long, it changes the texture of your skin nd makes it “rubbery,” which may affect how it absorbs the color.

Miracle Gel!
Amazing! I was a bit hesitant about ordering since reviews seemed all over the place, but I went ahead and got it. My artist told me to go ahead and apply it two hours before I would be getting tattooed, but I ended up having it on for almost three hours due to some delays and having to have the artwork resized. Whoo boy, this stuff works! I was able to sit for an hour and a half of a sternum tattoo with only minimum discomfort (some places I couldn't even feel anything!) and after that I began to feel mild discomfort as the gel started wearing off, but it was easy enough for my artist to apply the Hush Foam Soap which I also bought and it worked like a dream (although it stings something fierce on broken skin).
