Can the mono version be worn on either ear? Basically does the mic boom rotate past vertical and down the other side?

No the boom mic stops at vertical.

Does this items work well with Google meet? I saw a review about it not working but that was back in 2020 so I didn’t know if they had improved it?

Some features, like the red lights that come on when in a call, do not work in Google meet. But they still work as a decent pair of headphones and a clear mic.

what is the noise isolation technology? Does it use TruSpeak?

Im unsure...what I will say is I've been on many calls with a singing and sqeeling cockatiel 2 ft away from me and the other participants on the call have not heard her.

can this headset be used with an adaptor for 3.5mm

I don’t believe so. It typically plugs into a USB port. Maybe if you have a USB to Audio jack converter it might work, but I wouldn’t bet on it. I’d just buy a headset with a 3.5mm audio jack instead.
