Q: Hi, i don't know much of this, but... This reduce the size of the stomach?

If you want to see your abs you have to eat less calories & or carbs. There is no such thing as spot reducing. Electrical stimulation does work i saw a paraplegic whom drs used a powerful stimulator to help him walk & he had muscular legs of an athlete.

Q: Will this tighten the skin?

I don't know. I was using it frequently and then quit, but it feels good. It feels like it's working the muscles

Q: Can you wear this while running? Do you still need to do an excercises or is this all you need to work the abs?

I wouldn't recommend running with it bc u don't want the sweat to get behind the gel pads where an electric current will be shocking your muscles, plus they won't stick if area is not cleaned and dried prior to putting them in. You can do ab workout also if want as well as this
