Came unbroken and in perfect condition. Always scares me to order stuff like this cause i see people post pics of broken stuff but glad it came intact. Got it for my dad for xmas. He loves his coffee

Waste of money. There was a hairline crack when we first used it (it was filled with cold water). Hubby was wondering why its dripping and its because of the crack. I processed a return and sent it back (even though it's cracked) but never got a refund. Waste of time and money.

The package is amazing. Everything is perfect. Just one small thing, don't expect a big mug, it's smaller than avarage but other than that it's perfect.

I loved the cup but the lid came in broken.

Beyond disappointed. I ordered this as a birthday gift for my brother from my kids and the package arrived more than three weeks later than it was supposed to. By that time my brother had actually already moved out of his apartment so I had to request a refund. Then I get a notice saying that the packaged was delivered and I had to return the item or be charged. What? So more time passed and thankfully an old neighbor received the package. But the disappointment does not end there... the MUG WAS CHIPPED AND BROKEN!!!
