American GirlInfinity Scarf Knitting Kit

We got this as a gift for our 8 year old niece who loves AG. SHE LOVED IT. was very excited to use it and play with it. She was asking for help in learning and fully engaged.

Although we are huge American Girl fans and love most of their craft kits, this one left the 10 year old underwhelmed. She is very crafty and does know how to crochet. You don’t need those skills for this set at all. I wasn’t impressed with the quality of yarn it came with. Once we switch the yarn out to some of her own, it worked much better. She was excited to make matching scarves for herself and her doll. For the price point, it would be much better with a higher quality yarn, but she had fun with it and continues to make them for her friends.

Great for girls 7 and up who are interested on American Girl dolls and handcraft. Good activity for the winter. It requires some guidance from an adult.

I got this for my niece for Christmas. She is 7 and it was a little hard for her in the beginning but, she got the hang of it and did a great job.

Birthday girl was VERY excited, and several birthday party attendees were jealous 😃

Bought this for my 7 year old niece and she was excited about it until we took out instructions to try it. This is not really a kid friendly loom. She couldn’t do it by herself and quickly lost interest.

My granddaughter loved this but a few more ideas for projects would’ve been good. She’s 8 and needed a bit of help but Was able to manage this with just a little guidance:) A great beginner tool to create an interest in knitting! 🧶
