Perfect stool, just like in school but I appreciate it now
Brilliant. Perfect height for a taller bench (~39"). The steel is exactly the right thickness so that the legs will settle on an uneven surface but still 100% solid, and even more importantly the seat has just a tiny bit of give as you move around on it. You don't feel this but if you compare with a rock-solid wood stool, those are extremely uncomfortable. Same goes for the hardboard round...it also has a little bit of give to it for your sit bones.Assembles with just 4 parts and 8 bolts. Blind nuts already attached, no fussing with nuts/bolts/washers. Bolts are hard to tighten (good!) because they have blue thread-locking sections.Great value and I've ordered another one.

Solid Stool
Cheap. Easy to assemble. Strong and solid. I use for my work bench outside. I love the height of this stool!

Excellent and Strong Stool!
I'm finding it surprising that I'm writing a review for a simple workshop stool, but THIS THING is solid and well made. Put it together in less than 5 minutes with the bolts and hex wrench all included in their own little bags. Quite impressed and will likely buy another in the future. Definitely worth the price.

No nonsense stool
Easy to assemble and sturdy. This is a good basic stool for a workbench. Because it comes unassembled it’s easy to ship and take a car to our vacation home.

False advertising; very disappointed
I specifically looked over the product specifications because I wanted a stool that would support 400lbs. I was excited when I found this stool because the product specs state that the chair supports up to 850lbs. However, when I received the stool it states right on it that it only supports 275 lbs. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement! I don't want to go through the hassle of returning the stool but I will clearly need to go back on the hut for a stool that is actually true to their advertisement.
