I wanted something new for my coffee bar, and these are very pretty. My 13-year-old who is not very observant even complimented on how nice these were.

Love , love, love these mugs. Out off all of the dinnerware pieces, these mugs and the ice cream bowls are my favorite. Nice overall shape, very nice looking. The color is a very creamy off white and will match with pretty much any sort of color scheme or decorating theme.Everything in this Firenze line is sturdy. Dishwasher and microwave safe.. teenager safe too! You do not have to be extra careful with them. They absolutely look good enough to be on display but are plenty durable enough to be used everyday. It is weighty. No lightweight cheap stuff here. I have all the bake pans and serving bowls to match as well. Love this line.

The manager, Mark, at Rite Aid, who understood that this was the first delivery from Amazon to a pick up, could not have been more passive aggressive in withholding the simple procedure to obtain possession of the purchase.The mugs themselves are great -- ivory tone as pictured not pure white which was exactly what I was looking for. Love these dishes! Besides being beautiful they are sturdy and dishwasher safe. I do not put them in the microwave because I know that is hard on nice dishes. They are wonderful!!
