Very good book very informative

I really enjoyed reading this book.

If you want to be inspired to live by your highest spritual ambitions read this book. It is filled with profound truth described with poetic eloquence. Definately one that I will read many times over. One recommendation get the hard copy, got the digital for myself and the pictures are difficult to discern then bought one hard copy as a gift...wow way better.

A great book on the history of yoga and meditation. Dr Ashby provides excellent practical advice for those who are just beginning their journey as well as those are are already involved in the practice of meditation.

Another great book by the author. This is my second read and I'm not disappointed. This book delivers valuable information to anyone looking to advance their own meditation practices.
