I ordered this as result of a pattern I am making. It’s very colorful, but I haven’t actually used it yet.

I knew I was taking a risk ordering yarn with only one rating and no written review. I ordered Hayfield Yarns - Spirit DK - Breeze 417 (see first attached image). What I received was instead chunky weight (see second attached image), with a recommended needle size of 10. I haven't used it yet because I can't use it in the intended project as it is the wrong weight. What I received looks nice and feels nice, but isn't what I ordered. I will update my review when I use the yarn to comment on its softness, or any issues I encounter.

For $13 a skein I do not expect to find two colors of yarn tied together or for the yarn to have an indescribably strong odor. . Very very disappointed as the yarn had been recommended as high quality. The fact that the colors are pretty and the yarn soft does not make up for knots and smell. I would not recommend this yarn at all.
