Sixty Foil Helium Balloon. The balloon does not necessarily need to be filled with helium air. You can blow it up yourself using a straw. To inflate with air, insert a straw into the balloon and slowly blow. To extract air from balloon, insert a straw into the valve and gently press on balloon extracting the air through the straw. When balloon is completely flat, gently fold balloon and store for future use. (Pack of 6)
