The Little Cottage on the Hill: A gorgeous feel good romance to escape with (The Little Cottage Series Book 1)

The Little Cottage on the Hill is an exceptional book, a fun story to read, filled with situations and people that go together to make this story so interesting. Join in with Maddie, Seth, Clara, Tom, and Trixie, quite the mix of people, as they work together (some of the time anyway) to bring the country homes and property up to a vacationer's dream. Mix in all these people from all their varied backgrounds, histories, and temperaments, and you have a grand story to tell. This is a book to make you smile and find that all is not all as it might seem - sometimes it gets even better! I highly recommend The Little Cottage on the Hill, it is an enjoyable read and has a good clean romance developing as the story progresses, even though both parties may not really want it or give thought to it because of past history.

It was an ok story, not very believable but a nice quick read. The relationships seem petty and trivial. Not much character building.

Captivating story, but fairly predictable. Still loved reading the story and feeling all the emotions of every character. Hoping that everything works out the way you think.

This story was great! It was a page turner.There were times of frustration, times of deception, times of self growth. and times of passion.The characters were so real and their dedication to their goal of rebuilding and creating a dreamto come true was inspiring.I recommend this book to all dreamers and entrepreneurs.

This is a heartwarming book of finding oneself in the beauty of rural life. Maddie embarks on a journey to escape a high-profile scandal by taking a job at what she imagines will be a serene countryside retreat. However upon arrival she is met with the disheartening sight of a dilapidated farm and a reclusive, albeit intriguing owner, Seth. The narrative beautifully unfolds as Maddie and Seth, both hiding from their pasts, restore not only the farm but also their spirits.

Couldn't put this book down. Captivating, heartfelt, inspirational. I could go on. Such a great feel good read. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed reading this book.I'm not a big fan of romance,but this book is exceptional.i felt like watching a feel good movie. The characters are too realistic and optimistic. The story focus on a career oriented woman who's full focus is on her job and how a past bad experience can change people. Romance part is too sweet and realistic.
