HARDEN professional glass oil cutter 176 mm, tungsten carbide, auto oil (HAR 570353)

I ordered this device because I had many cracked panes of glass to dispose of after a wind storm badly damaged my greenhouse. Sheets of "window" glass around 60cm square, with bits missing, needed cutting down safely for disposal.Amazon was full of similar looking kit, but what I liked about this one was its simplicity (metal oil-fillable body, single supplied cutting head). This one arrived in a basic blister pack, but one which could be opened by removing the cardboard back, and re-closed by re-inserting it.The supplied head was engraved, "5-15mm", but it made short work of my many cracked greenhouse panels. With the lightest of pressure and a little 3-in-1 oil, it scored the glass perfectly, resulting in totally clean breaks with the tiniest of effort.I didn't bother to fill the body with oil - instead, just added a couple of drops to the wheel every half dozen or so cuts to ensure it continued to rotated smoothly.Simply, the best glass cutting wheel I have ever owned, and a definite "keeper" for future projects.
