It's been a week of using this and i gotta tell you, it's helped me get back to a regular sleep schedule. I woke up early and felt energized all day and went to bed early so that i can have a normal sleep schedule. This quarantine has really messed up my regular routine and this Vitamin B-12 made me feel like myself again. I also like to go workout right after taking it and I'm not starving right after I'm done.

I've been using this product for a few days now and I definitely feel more energized throughout the day. My internist recommended that I take 5,000 mcg B-12 daily. My only concern is that there's no definitive and consistent way to measure my dose. There are no guide markings on the dropper and the amount drawn-up into the dropper varies every single time... sometimes more, sometimes less. And the labeling on the bottle doesn't give any specific dosing information either - it only states that a "serving" is "1 Droppers" (yes, with the plural "s" on the end). So I definitely don't know exactly how much I'm getting each day. If the company could specifically quantify the serving amount in mL, I could at least use another calibrated dropper or medicine cup to more precisely gauge my dose. I end up taking 1.5 to 2 dropperfuls to make sure I'm getting what I need; but ultimately it's still a guessing game.

The taste is sweet and not hard to swallow. Ive taken it 3 days now and can feel a natural increase in energy, not like drinking a bunch of caffeine. Would recommend

It’s a great way to start my morning. Gives me the push I need to get going when I just want to stay in bed and it tastes like a fruit punch to me so no vitamin bitterness.

These are good for you and so easy to take. It only takes one drop a day and you suddenly feel so energized! Just make sure to read the instructions on how to consume it!

Great viscosity; not thin like water but smooth like a thin syrup. Would definitely recommend to others and will definitely order in the future. I was so not looking forward to taking this because it's liquid and I was site or was going to be disgusting and leave a bad taste in my mouth. I ACTUALLY LOVE THIS STUFF! It tastes LEGITIMATELY GOOD. Not "not gross," but the flavor is actually a motivating factor for me taking it. It tastes like a mixed berry sauce. Seriously. It is SO. GOOD. And I get to end my night with a sweet little sip right before bed.Otherwise, have only been taking it for two weeks or so but have seen some results. I was experiencing numbness in my for and my doctor thought it was a B12 deficiency. She gave me a shot that day and within a few hours is gained significant feeling back. In the two weeks I've been taking this most days I've regained additional sensation, though it's not been an overnight miracle. Slowly gaining more feeling and I'm happy to keep it up to play the long game.
