Feast of the Seven Fishes: 40 Authentic Italian Recipes for a Christmas Eve Tradition

It would take a large kitchen, a lot of stamina (or helpers) and a large family( or many guests) to due these menus justice for just one evening. At first I considered that maybe you could spread the courses out from lunch on…but who says you have to make all of them…or even wait for Christmas Eve!

very poorly edited cookbook. Wrong pictures coupled with recipes that were often followed with bad advise such as cook calamari for 55 or 60 minutes, or cook pasta for 2 minutes!!! Would not recommend this book to anyone.

An awesome cookbook that introduces 40 authentic Italian recipes for the Feast of the Seven Fishes.A Christmas Eve Tradition, especially from the coastal areas of Sicily and Southern Italy, these delicious recipes can also be prepared throughout the year and the favourites chosen for the festive season.

I wanted the recipes, but also wanted to understand the traditions. Great book.
