Solar brand has been my "go to" for supplements. Highly recommend this product.

This is a great supplement, I am on my second bottle and I regret not taking pictures of my hair and nails before I started to use the supplement. I take it with a meal as suggested otherwise it makes me feel a bit nauseous, that’s a reaction I have to zink so I have been vigilant not to wait too long after a meal to take it. One thing that bothers me is swallowing these tablets they tend to start absorbing moisture very quickly and then gets stuck in my throat even with water that’s really uncomfortable and a bit scary so if the good people from Solgar reads our feedback, I’d ask that they look at the coating for this tablet or maybe change it to a capsule? I’d love to give it more stars but I just cannot because I just cannot get these tablets to go down without a lot of water, breaking them up in pieces and then hope for the best.

Favorite hair vitamin! Unfortunately I cant take biotin so its been difficult to find a hair/skin/nails supplement that doesnt include it, I have been purchasing these for years and will continue to!

I bought these a while ago, then never took them.. At some point I started realizing I was losing so much hair on a daily basis, for months. I have long hair down to the middle of my back, and I never use a brush I use my hand/fingers to brush my hair and undo any knots that I might have so I am very aware of the amount of hair that I lose. After showers, and throughout the day I was throwing away a lot of hair and my pony tail started to feel really small and I realized at that moment that I was shedding so much hair it became a major concern. That's when I remembered I had these pills in the cabinet and I started taking them. Within a week, the amount of hair that comes off after a shower and or throughout the day is 1/10th of what it used to be. Shedding hair is natural but it's a major difference before and after taking these vitamins. It will be years probably for my hair to become fully grown/thick again due to all the previous loss but at least now that can probably happen since I'm not losing a small animal daily lol. I am now leaving this review as I'm about to order another bottle. Take this review for whatever it's worth but I certainly do appreciate not losing as much hair as I was previously.
