i thought i found my ideal earpiece until i used it alot. not good in noisy situations the sound is not good and the bluetooth fades in and out.earpiece is good as is the over the ear is good never had it on long enuff to find out about the battery. now looking for new one. good luck to us all.

The Arobo BH693-1 is by far the best Bluetooth headset I have ever owned. And, I had just returned an “invisible” Bluetooth ear bud for falling out of my ear constantly. The Arobo BH693-1 fits snugly around the ear, but you forget you have it on. It is that comfortable. And you can make, receive and end calls from the device using its multi-function button (MFB). The audio quality is superb as well. The user can hear the other party and they can hear you just as well in any environment. Also the ear speaker swivels so it can be worn on the left or right ear. It also comes with two additional ear buds to guarantee a perfect fit.Provided your mobile phone is voice dialing enabled, you can make calls from this Bluetooth headset with ease. Or, if dialing directly from your mobile phone the call is automatically connected to your headset. As well, you can answer calls, end calls, reject calls and re-dial the last number called. There is also a volume up button and a volume down button. The volume up button also enables you to transfer calls from headset to mobile phone. The volume down button allows you to mute the microphone. They last me almost 8 hours for music as I work every day. They adjust very well to the ear. Because it is wearable on both sides it lacks the slight angle so the speaker stays inside the ear. Also, with mine I have to play a little with the recharger so it's properly connected. The price for this was excellent due to the clarity of the audio, which is impressive for something that looks a bit flimsy. Overall it is very good item to have for any cellphone.

These headsets are terrible for holding a conversation. They work well with audio by itself but has only about a 20 ft range. If you are talking to someone, two thirds of the conversation is you repeating yourself because they can't hear you. a 1 minute conversation becomes 3 minutes because you have to repeat yourself so much.If I would've thought about it before my time to return was up, I would definitely have returned them. I bought two, one for me and one for my wife. We cannot have a conversation with each other if we are both using the headset. One has to take off and put on the phone.I will continue to use it now for a speaker but as for a phone conversation tool, it is terrible. Didn't expect to pay $30 though for a one ear head phone.

Didn't last very long bought a different kind

I bought these for my husband for Christmas they are horrible it is really hard to hear him it sounds like he is far away somewhere. they eliminate noise a little too good lol that I can't hear him. I wanted to return them but just a few days late until my husband finally decided that that they suck and he needs to buy new ones.

The on and off button also serves as the initiate call receive call button. Their lies the design fault. When initiating a call if you press for too long it shuts off. Turning it back on doesn't help much because the process just continues.... Sound quality? Couldn't really tell couldn't use it as I would like to have to even get that far. Do not buy this product!
