I love that this is made with no artificial dyes. My cake came out great. Very pleased with the color, texture, and flavor.

I was thrilled to find “healthy” (lol) sprinkles. I didn’t even know they existed! They should advertise more! They performed and tasted just as well as any other sprinkle but made this Mom very happy.

Trying to avoid using artificial colors in bake goods and icing decorations. Have used Watkins spices and like the Company's quality and reputation. The red sugar is a pinkish red and ok for decorating spring and summer cookies and cakes. The expiration date is out to March 02, 2025, unlike the bottle of green decorating sugar that expires in August 10, 2024. Both were sent in the same February 2024 shipment I assume from the same seller. I am not happy with the number of short-dated products I received from Amazon in my February 2024 order I have yet to review. The "natural" product lines are more expensive and the customer should receive the freshest quality product from the seller or made aware that it is not prior to sale.

These are a great alternative to artificially colored sprinkles! However, they do have an earthy smell that I only noticed when all together in the bottle. I didn’t notice anything funny when spread out over frosting.

These are easy to use, great colors (I bought red, green and rainbow). I’m so happy to find them as we must avoid chemical dyes. My littles are so happy to have sprinkles again!

Great product if you want to avoid artificial colors. Color is vibrant and tastes great.

I would put zero stars but that’s not available. I had to throw the product away and lost six dollars. OK, I know I am always a big advocate for Watkins and their non-artificial dyes… but DO NOT BUY THIS red decorating sugar. It smells like a dead rodent has died inside the bottle. I called the company and literally told them I smell a dead rodent in the bottle and the rep said “yes we know of this problem.” She told me to send it back to Amazon and try to get another bottle, but I can’t get the smell out of my head. 🤮 it has something to do with not being able to put preservatives in it. There’s no way I’m trying another bottle, but she did say that it’s only the red, not the sprinkles or any other color.Maybe it’s because it’s it’s on the shelf longer at Amazon but I would have expected the company to issue me a refund directly or help me replace it themselves if it was that big of an issue . 🤷‍♀️ I can’t return it because I bought it in October to prepare for Christmas.

My grandkids have sensitivities to some food colorings but love to make and eat cookies! The Watkins line of decorating sugars and colorings fit the bill with top quality products.
