Got this as a gift and loved it so much that I bought a second one - one for upstairs and one for downstairs. It made nighttime feeds so much easier while I was recovering and didn’t want to go up and down the stairs. It warms the bottles really fast, usually within a few minutes, but you do have to take them out right away or they can get too hot. There’s no beep or chime when it’s done, just a light, so it’s easy to miss if you’re focused on the baby. I just used my phone timer to make sure I didn’t leave it in too long.

This Philips Avent bottle warmer has been a real life saver for us. It heats milk quickly and evenly, and the different warming modes are very helpful for daily use. The first bottle warmer we tried was the munchkin. It had really good reviews and we like the technology like the LCD screen. However, the temperature setting was only available in Celsius, which isn’t that hard to convert but it would’ve been nice to just be able to see a nice 98.6°. It also was very slow to heat up and did not pull the temperature of the bottle steady. The Phillips is very simple. You just set the dial to the ounces of milk in the bottle and push the power button. When the LED light stop spinning and stay solid, your milk is ready. A lot of times we have to add one or 2 ounces to the setting to get the right temperature but that may just be user preference. Our little one tends to like the milk under or at body temp. This bottle warmer will hold the milk at a very steady temperature for one hour and then shut off milk probably isn’t safe after an hour anyway unless kept in the fridge so if we have a bottle in the warmer longer than the hour we just throw it out.

Overall very simple and well built device. Intermittently temperatures fluctuate given the same setting and same volume bottle; we check milk temperature before feeding every time so it doesn't change much for us but I would encourage caution when using it. Overall happy with it for its ease of use and convenience! We have been utilizing distilled water, so can't speak to cleaning just yet.

Good quality warmer, but be mindful it’s not as “smart” as you might think. The temperature dial sinply sets the duration that the warming heater is turned on (like a toaster), so if you have a bottle that is already pre-warmed, it will overheat it.

This is a great warmer, but I think it's a little overpriced. $50 for a bottle warmer is a little overpriced in my opinion. We have this & it works, I've been using this daily for about a year now, but I have a few complaints. 1) it takes longer to warm up a bottle than it actually says. We do pitcher method for breastmilk & formula. Unfortunately, I can run a bottle through the warmer completely & it's still colder than my baby likes. Another issue, I have to turn the capacity up all the way for it still not to warm. I'm not talking about making it hot, just room temperature. At this point it makes better sense to put the bottle in the microwave. It's very frustrating especially when you have a crying baby. I also hate that I use this with multiple bottles wide & narrow & I never get the dr brown bottles (8oz narrow) warm. It takes even more to warm milk in those bottles because the warmer doesn't cover half of the bottle. It's rather frustrating especially since the dr brown bottles are very popular & my baby loves them. On to the pros. It is a small item so it doesn't take up an outrageous amount of counter space. It is also easy to put in a cabinet & hide away. I don't particularly find it super difficult to clean. You can wipe warmer down if something were to spill. It's really not a bad option, I just don't think it's worth $50 when there are other cheaper candidates.

I did not want to believe the negative comments as we are talking about a leader brand in baby appliances but they are true! The bottle heater simply does not work. You prepare the formula, put the bottle in, select the correct setting and water level and it just does not heat it up! So you end up with a crying baby in the middle of the night who will be unable to go back to sleep easily…

Pro Tip for Parents: Since there’s no alarm, make Alexa, Siri, or Google Home your best friends. As soon as I drop the bottle in, I set a voice timer. This ensures I grab the bottle the second it’s ready to avoid any overheating. Final Verdict: Whether you’re a new parent or looking for a baby shower gift that people will actually use, this is it. It’s faster, more consistent, and more reliable than more expensive alternatives. Highly recommended!
