Explosion of color!
This shimmer powder is unbelievable! Not only does shimmer but when water is sprayed on the paper it explodes into beautiful colors within the violet major color! I love it. It adds a lovely and surprising element to my artwork whenever I use it!

I brought this product and it was 3/4 full. I have bought other bottles of shimmer powder and I got a full bottle. This one is not and it is non returnable. I'm very disappointed.
