these taste like sugar. I cant swallow the capsule so I always open them and rinse down with milk, these are the only pills that have ever tasted like pure sugar. Are they real? Wont buy this brand again. Other brands have been fine.

I found this to be a great appetite suppressent. Make sure you take it with plenty of water. I find myself not eating as much for the whole day after taking this. I have noticed that my clothes are fitting better.
