looks great up good quality and easy to wind up and down

The awning is great, it’s solid, really good quality and superbly does what it’s meant to.However, beware the build and installation!I am an experienced flat packer! But this is a whole new level, the instructions are not very clear and it takes time. It’s super heavy so 2 people needed and maybe even 3 on the install.Also— the instructions state a 14mm drill bit is needed, this is a lie! Save yourself the trauma I suffered, it needs a 16mm.Once it’s up it’s really sturdy, easy to use and excellent quality. So very well worth it in the end!

The brackets are so poor quality I think the whole thing will gave to be thrown away.

Drilled holes in fixings not lining up, having to elongate holes to get bolts through which removed paint which will cause rusting.End covers too loose.Instructions inadequate.Already stripped threads in some fixings

Great product just what we wanted. Fairly easy to put together and adjust. Recommend you do follow instructions given. We were not sure if we could attach to our summerhouse but my husband attached two huge sleepers on top of each other on roof to attach canopy to and this made it very easy to erect and a good height to walk under.

Lovely product. Damaged when it arrived but replaced quickly without quibble. Needs two people to install and lots of patience. But looks great when up.

Some parts are a little cheap feeling and could be improved but overall not a bad product
