does it include the O-rings in the box?

It did when I bought it. I can't be sure which oil filter this is about because Amazon didn't tell me, but the o-rings that are included are for the OEM application. Important detail, if you use the filter in a compatible but different application than OEM design, it may not include all the o-rings in those cases.
