These are great - by far my favourite coconut snack.The flakes are really pure and the natural, which really allows the tasty coconut flavour to come through. They are a great addition to muesli and are just moist enough without being too hard. I love that there is no added sugar which is a lovely bonus.I also use this desiccated coconut to make home made coconut milk. It's much cheaper than buying from the shops, and doesn't contain any nasty chemicals from the containers/can linings. Highly recommended! I use 2 cups of the desiccated coconut and 3 cups of water. I start by warming the water on stove, and then pour it over the coconut flakes which are sitting in a high powered blender (NutriBullet) and then blend for 1-2 minutes. I strain it with a nut milk bag.You can thank me later ;)

Bought mid-September 2020 with a BBE date of November 2021; even if it cannot all b e used in time, it is anticipated that a large proportion of it will be. Packed in a thick paper bag that is resealable after every use. As much excess air as possible should be expelled every time to help preserve freshness etc.

I bought this 1kg of desiccated coconut over a month ago and I'm still going!I basically have it with everything! Yoghurt, a bowl of acai, on a rice cake, when making protein balls and more!Plus it makes more sense to buy in bulk as in the long run it's cheaper!

This is incredible value. Huge bag, and the quality of the coconut is really high. Not overly dried out, big flakes, very good taste. Perfect for overnight oats, cookies and cakes. Also not bad when eaten straight from the bag! Great product, especially for under £8. Will buy again.

So much nicer than supermarket dedicated coconut, this had a lovely fresh taste to it.I actually bought it to dye and make "grass" and "soil" for a cake board. Normally, these types of decorations are purely visual, but this was all being scooped up and eaten.Just have to find some recipes to use the rest of it!

Absolute massive bag! I'm using this daily sprinkled on my bran flakes, I also made bounty bars with it. The quality is perfect and the bag seals properly which is good!

Seems like perfectly good shredded coconut to be used on top of curries or in baked goods, as I do. Fresh and good value for money - buying in bulk is far cheaper than buying in store!
