Way bigger than I expected. Great weight balance and seems well made. Handle feels comfortable, but I don't plan to be swinging this all day.

This hammer works great. I don’t think it’s shot filled, but it doesn’t seem to bounce either. I’ve used it to pound in a few pins and bushings so far and other than the face getting a bit dented it’s holding up well.

used it to hammer out a seized catalytic bolt and it’s working fine it’s got good power behind it and i’ll update if it doesn’t hold up

Mine is not a dead blow. If it has any shot in it I cant tell, it feels like a solid head hammer and behaves in that manner. It won't last long, the steel is extremely soft and is showing excessive wear for the use it has seen.

Good weight with no rebound. Feels and sounds like a shot filled head and the handle has a little flex to it, snappier than straight plastic though. Does exactly what it's supposed to do at the right price. Not sure about longevity yet but initial impressions after one fairly rough use project are stellar with no damage taken. A+ in my book.

its okay, but its definitely has no lead shot in it, its a ball peen hammer covered in rubber to make it look like a dead blow hammer. disappoint that we actually are allowed to call it a dead blow hammer.
