Work
these are a life saver just remember to keep them away from the area your animals or you are at as it smells just right to attract flies. It is meant to "draw them away" but they work great. easy to set up and east to get rid of. You will catch lots of flies,

Yes they smell, but most importantly, they work
Firstly, these bags smell AWFUL. I didn’t find this shocking personally but just to warn everyone else, these are gross. HOWEVER - they work like nothing else. I take care of a lot of horses and these bags are great for fly control. I hang them around high traffic areas and they work super duper well. I think how long they last and how durable they are will depend on where you place them and the climate of your location. Some of my bags had some sun damage but they were placed in areas without shade, so your mileage may vary. The bags are pretty easy to install and work really well. I strongly recommend these for anyone working at a barn or farm

Highly Effective Outdoor Fly Trap!
The RESCUE! Big Bag Fly Trap works amazingly well — I was shocked at how many flies it caught within just a few hours! It’s super easy to set up, and once activated, it starts attracting flies right away. Perfect for keeping patios, barns, or outdoor spaces fly-free without harsh chemicals. The smell is strong (to attract the flies), so definitely use it outdoors as recommended. A must-have for summer gatherings or fly-prone areas. Totally worth it!

Effective, Easy to Use, and Best When Set Up Early
The Big Bag Fly Traps have been a game-changer for keeping flies under control! They are incredibly effective at reducing fly populations, especially when placed early in the season before flies have a chance to breed and multiply. Setup is quick and hassle-free—just add water and hang them in a strategic spot, and they start working right away. The design traps flies efficiently, preventing them from becoming a nuisance around outdoor spaces like patios, barns, and garbage areas. Over time, I noticed a dramatic decrease in the number of flies buzzing around, making outdoor activities much more enjoyable. The trap can hold a large number of flies, so I don’t have to replace it too often, and the disposable nature makes cleanup simple. If you’re dealing with pesky flies every season, I highly recommend using these before the problem gets out of hand. They work wonders, keeping outdoor areas comfortable and fly-free!

Really works!
Quick acting fly attractant/trapper. Easy to set up but does not have a hanging string so you must provide your own. Each trap quickly traps 100s of flies (gross). Best to use at least 10’ away from the area you want to be fly-free due to the odor of attractant. (smells like rotting garbage). But I’d rather the bad smell than have to deal with all the flies in my chicken run. I’d give it 5 stars but for the odor and the Lack of a hanging device.

Works very well, but make sure you hang in a well ventilated area
This is actually my third order of these fly trap bags. The past two summers I have hung them late in the summer and this year. I started hanging them around my farm in mid April as temperatures started to climb. The instructions on the product description are very accurate and I would encourage you to hang these in a well ventilated area. I made the mistake of hanging one inside my stall barn and it only made matters worse when my horses were in the barn. The foul emitting smell coming from the bags when activated with water is actually egg whites. I have these hung along my fence line near my dry lot and it has already significantly reduced the amount of problems for my horses. Contrary to what the product may describe or promise it obviously is not going to eliminate all flies, but as you can see in my video, it is put a significant dent in the population already.

Great product!
These work great in horse stalls! Hang them high and you dont know they are there! I can’t smell them hanging them up high.

Keeps flies away from livestock
Works great around livestock to keep black flies down. We use them around our ducks, chickens, goats and rabbits and rarely have a fly problem!

The rescue brand traps are the best. Be sure to follow directions about placing them away from the house as they smell awful. They work like a charm though. We live in an area with a lot of livestock and farm land so there are a lot of flies. These traps will trap and hold thousands of flies. We swear by rescue barand traps. Will definitely buy again.

The ones I received say "made in China" despite what the amazon description says, and attracted zero flies. Complete waste of money

Bought these for flies around our property and within a few hours it had started to catch flies. Almost 2 weeks later one bag is half full of flies and the other is almost full and also caught many flies and large beetles. There are other cheaper brands that had poor reviews and said to go with the Rescue brand and glad I did! Highly recommend.

Did I do something wrong? Add water, hang near flies? I did that! Loads of flies flying around, but not one went anywhere near the trap. I left it there for weeks, just in case it needed to age. Nope. Didn't help.

We were at war with flies this summer. I was willing to try anything. These seemed to catch a lot more green bottle flies than the house flies I was after, but beggars can't be choosers. Couldn't smell any odor until i was within 8ft or so. I'd buy them again if they weren't so pricey.
