I really wanted to try Moringa leaf to see if I could increase my Breastmilk during pumping. I've been taking 1 pill in the morning and I can't believe how quickly it works. I can feed my baby and still pump one or 2 ounces when before I would pump one ounce if I was lucky. All the other benefits are an added bonus for me.

I have normally taken Moringa in a loose powder form that I would blend in smoothies. When I got these I did like that I could just take the pill form without having to blend it into something. The capsules are easy to swallow and It didn't have a weird taste to them.

These pills are great and energetic. It has helped me be more active. No after taste. And healthy for it. No side effects while taking it.

I did not take it long enough to see any improvement. I developed a blood clot (prior to starting this) and it worsened severely while taking. I found on Google that moringa has clotting properties, so I stopped immediately.

I was skeptical when ordering this. But it said it offered increased energy and something about better mood. Idk about the mood lol. I guess I would say it has helped because I have arthritis and other autoimmune stuff so I’m always in pain. As you know, pain makes you irritable. And so tired. It takes energy to fight pain. These have increased my energy. I want to say because it is made from some type of tea leaf? I don’t recommend taking them at night. Otherwise you won’t get to sleep hardly, and then you will wake up a bunch. Or at least I did. It taste like an herbal tea. Seems to taste like something real potent and of good quality. That was what was in my mind first time. I thought it would leave a heavy taste in mouth and one that you burp up after taking. But it didn’t. Nor do I get an upset stomach. I’ve taken it over a week now I think. At first I felt pumped up on steroids. It still gives me energy but like my body has adjusted so it’s not overwhelming. I want to say my focus is better. Maybe it’s a coincidence. I think it is the product though. I’m a lab tech and get so tired because we are so busy and hardly get a break. This prevents the tiredness and helps with focus. I’m not sure if it works on hot flashes but I haven’t had as many this week. The capsules aren’t too awfully big so that is a plus.
