Poor Product and Worse Service
This fridge stopped working 17 months after the initial purchase and was therefore out of warranty - certainly would have expected it to last longer than that. Contacted the seller in August to see what support could be offered and received no response or follow-up (tried again in October through Amazon without any response from the seller). Paid for a repair company to look at the fridge and was told that the sealed system was leaking and would require extensive repairs which we decided against. Avoid this product and this seller!

BOTTLES WILL NOT FIT
Racks are too closely spaced to allow for many regular wine bottle; only thinner style will fit.

Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
I bought this less than 2 years ago and it has stopped cooling. The only help I can get is email instructions to check what the problem might be. No service provider. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Don’t waste your money I’ve went through 2 of these coolers in the last 4 years the second just broke. Of course out of warranty so only help Avallon offers is to purchase a new one.
