I absolutely love these. I have been buying them from the health food store for about a year and a half now and they are probably the only hair multivitamin that I have seen good results with.My hair grows very slow to begin with and my nails have always grown poorly due to work environment even when eating a very good diet and taking other supplements. Please are probably the only supplement I have taken that I have noticed a significant difference in my nails and how fast and thick my hair grows. My nose become thicker and less flimsy and my hair grows a touch faster and healthier while I am taking these.The bottle does say to take 4 a day however I only take 2, sometimes 3, and that is plenty for me. I prefer to take them about 2-4 hours apart. I only occasionally experience any nausea if I do take them on an empty stomach because of the type of capsule but it is much better if I eat something small beforehand.

I was skeptical about the effectiveness of this product. I read the Amazon reviews and didn’t entirely believe them. My hair had been thinning for about 3 months to the point my scalp was visible. I found myself arranging what hair I had left in effort to conceal how thin my hair had become. My hair thinning is a rare side effect of a medication I am taking. Lucky me! I had read reviews of the hair loss issue with this medication on Reddit and Quora. Several commenters recommended this product saying it worked and some of them showed before and after pics. Worth a try, I reasoned. Well let me tell you, it does work! My hair is growing again. It’s been about six weeks and it is noticeable. I was worried I was going to have permanent hair thinning, but this supplement kick started the hair growth phase back into working order. Please don’t hesitate to purchase these supplements. You won’t be dissapointed.

Like most vitamins, it’s hard to know if they’re “working.” I definitely think my nails grow faster/stronger on this product, which indicates that it’s probably doing something to my hair. They’re a bit tedious because you have to take so many but I’m ok with it if they do what they say they do. So far so good I guess.

They’re a vitamin so I just tossed them in with the rest of my vitamins. 8 weeks later I’m getting my hair cut and my stylist kept asking casual questions like…have you changed your diet, using a new hair product, what’s different in your life? Go for it! Don't let the price fool you it works wonderfully. I burnt my hair with a perm, I did not have enough to pull together for a ponytail I was putting on a wig (not very happy). I started to purchase the advertised brand that is on television, but saw this while searching and strictly because of the reviews and price I gave it a try. So I keep taking them a month later so some grow by the third and fourth month I had HAIR. I have told many people about this product and my friend who has lost her hair do to chemo. I told her to ask her doctor first. Well she did and she sent me a photo after a few months her hair is back, and she looks fabulous! I am a regular customer on amazon, but a true believer in this product. I tell anyone I know who is suffering from hair lost to give this product a couple of months try. It works!
