Great item came fast and was just as described…

I like this B-Complex. It's very small and it doesn't add a bunch of other vitamins in it like others do.

I haven't started these yet, but I had to change my original review. The safety seal was stuck to the inside top of the lid. I thought it was missing. I will say I was happy to find these as they were one of only 3 I could find that didn't have megadoses of any variety of vitamin B. These have a bit more than the RDA, but not like the majority of the others, which had from 1000% to 33000% more. Unless there's a deficiency, that's way to much. I'm happy to have found this and if I see improvement in areas I hope this will address, I will update my rating.

Good product for a good value

I purchased this supplement because it had the B vitamins that I was looking for. So far so good it’s an easy to swallow tablet and I’m happy with them.

As described

B vitams ae typically in too-high amounts in products sold, according to Consumer Lab, a respected group, as of a few years ago. This is a good product in that it has lower amounts than many other brands. That said it gets 3 stars and not more because some of the B's in it still need to go lower; and i t would be great to find something other than m odified food starch to use that is healthier.
