I needed to read this book. I’ve found myself relating to the concept of not being heard, feeling overlooked, and complacency with discontent until it became unbearable. I’m a binge reader so I’ve been tempted to read through all of the quotes and each essay and affirmation in one sitting. However, I’ve most enjoyed slowly digesting these doses of positivity into each day and reflecting on how I can do better and be better to myself to reach my greatest potential. At a time like this... I needed that. Great work!

I pick this book up everyday. There’s an affirmation in here for literally everything so it’s hard not to pick it up. Doreen took her time with this! The affirmations are firm, but not harsh. I feel like I’m speaking to myself with purpose. Overall very refreshing

I inhaled this book! I loved all the stories about women that I haven't heard about in mainstream media and the wonderful affirmations. This book should be required reading for young girls and women of all ages. Highly recommend!!!
