TCE TCET825051 Torin Hydraulic Low Profile Trolley Service/Floor Jack with Single Piston Quick Lift Pump, 2.5 Ton (5,000 lb) Capacity, Blue

I bought this 3 ton jack a little over a month ago and have been using it on a regular basis, wish that I had purchased this jack years ago. The jack I was using for light duty vehicle maintenance was only a 2 ton, the main issue was it only lifted 14", this jack lifts a whopping 20"!!! My jackstands only raise to 18", so this works perfect with those jackstands in unison and have never felt unsure or unstable when using it in my garage on level ground. Would definitely purchase again!

Wow! When I first received this package, I was a little disappointed at first because the box definitely looked as if it had been tossed about several times. it had holes on the outside of the box and I had my camera ready to take photos of all the damage. It was double-boxed with the thicker box on the inside that had the jack and jack stands in it (thank goodness). But that box, too, had puncture holes from all of the tossing around at the top of that box. When I opened the box and inspected the contents inside, I have to say, I was both amused and impressed by them. The Trolley Jack was way more compact than I thought it would be, and its handle was pretty short at about 18 inches (46cm), but it's a solid piece of machinery! It comes with a bright yellow carrying handle that's also solid and I don't fear it will degrade anytime soon or snap under the weight and crush me toes. The jack and the jack stand's paint were slightly scuffed up but honestly, all in all, I would definitely recommend this product. I haven't gotten a chance to use them yet, but once I do, I will edit this if there happen to be any issues.

I would like to know how I received a product that, as of this review, Amazon still claims is "temporarily out of stock." Did they find and ship a floor model? I originally ordered this jack in May 2021, and renewed my order request in June. The calendar turned to July, then August. Still no jack and no word from Amazon. I tried to submit a question asking about product availability, but a standard robot reply indicated that the question could not be answered. Yet a few hours later, my account was charged, and a few days after that, I received a shipment notice. The jack "arrived" on August 05, 2021. THE SHIPMENT: The jack arrived in an improvised carton made of two UPS repack boxes telescoped and barely taped together. This container was entirely open at one end. UPS usually places large, heavy items directly in front of my storm door so that I have to shimmy out a window or take a long way around to the front of the house just to move the box out of the way. This time, however, the box was not in immediate view, and not blocking the door; instead, it was shoved up against the wall of the house so that I could not see the open end. Inside the box I found the jack and handle had simply been dropped in then poorly surrounded by fragments of Styrofoam packing material, garbage, and a shredded fragment of the original box. In addition I found the somewhat mangled owner's guide sheet and a tag with instructions for bleeding air from the system before using. Amazingly, the jack was complete and intact. THE JACK: This thing is a BEAST. The pricing was right for a four-ton capacity unit. That is why I was willing to wait a bit for delivery. I am impressed with the jack itself, though it does not lift any faster than my old, old Craftsman 3-1/2 ton unit. I am not, however, impressed with the handle. While its length is fine,and the neoprene/foam sleeve is helpful, its thickness seems insubstantial, and it lacks a "precision fit" into the yoke. The thumbscrew and groove retaining system does not seem secure, but time will tell. The two halves of the handle also fit together a bit loosely. Considering the weight of the jack (100 lbs.) the handle seems too flimsy when moving or positioning the jack (pushing and pulling). TCE--design a better handle and while you are at it, a better carton too. HEY, AMAZON: Where did you find this jack and what were the circumstances surrounding my "miracle" delivery of a still out-of-stock item?

I’ve had this jack over a year now and I’ve used it dozens of times to lift my Outback and Forester. I’ve never had a problem with it and it is small enough it stows away under my work bench. It’s a great value and has saved me a ton of money because I’ve been able to do my own repairs on my vehicles.

This is my first review ever. This Jack has been through it all. I bought it for my lowered vehicle, but overtime it’s been used to lift engines, engine mounts, through everything, it’s seen it all. I’ve had it for 3 years I believe and left in the rain since I bought it as Black Friday sale and still going strong. Overall it’s been used more than anyone can imagine and still works amazing.

So good of a jack and rating especially in a low pro extra reach length design in one place is hard to find. Quakity durabilty and price! Sold! So good i bought another and retired 3 jacks in shop. Will be buying another. For the price is unheard of! 5stars across!!

Just like the product says Jack's work good pump jack work good needed it in a pinch got all my power steering lines and everything put in just fine and the Jack was awesome.
