First item I have found not to be snake oil...
I have a hip that is bone on bone and in need hip replacement surgery. I've tried many other supplements to try and alleviate the pain replace the cartilage if possible. I know this is not a reality that I can avoid the hip replacement surgery, but I have noticed improvement in my hip over other products I have taken. I am not saying this will cure it, it has just seemed to help delay the inevitable.
