Easy to assemble with all parts fitting correctly however, took a bit longer than I thought. It feels rugged and strong with no creaking and it’s very comfortable, I’m 182cm and 80kgs.A great chair at a fair price.

Was lovely surprise Christmas present, went down a treat.Lad loves this chair and will spend hours sitting & gaming if allowed.It’s smart, lightweight, comfy and great quality for price.

After 1 month of use I'd say that this is a really great chair overall, easy to set up and I would recommend for most people. Very comfortable, adjustments work well and the footrest is a nice bonus. Hard to describe the positives because well, it's a chair. It functions as it's supposed to and does a great job doing it.On the down side however, I've been slightly concerned as I've only had the chair a month and there is loud clunking sounds when shifting position as if I'm pushing it too far even though not moving much at all, and the arm rests both have a lot of play/wiggle room and the cushions on the armrest are already going completely flat in the elbow areas. The footrest also feels quite unsteady when fully extended, but becomes more sturdy the more you retract it.Overall I've some concerns over the build of it but I've had no real issues with it all all, just little worries. I'd still highly recommend this as you get a lot of features for the price and the build is pretty strong, just maybe not as strong as I'd have liked.P.S, I also thought the massage pillow would be one of those horrible ones with hard rotating balls in it like other ones I've tried. It's not, It's just a vibrating pillow. Take that how you will, personally I love this pillow as I hate those massage pillows and the vibration can be quite soothing.P.S.S, I have issues with posture so could do with the chair being roughly 5 degrees less reclined as I feel like I have to lean back slightly too far to be supported when it's in it's full forward position, however this is so minor and probably just a me thing so I don't know if it should be considered an issue

Very smart , well made , comfortable chair

Great chair got for my son who games long hours and loves how comfortable it is. Think helps with the pull out foot stool.

The chair is ok, although the arms are very flimsy and wobble quite a bit when you rest on them. The foot rest is a nice touch but again it wobbles and doesn’t feel the sturdiest. Massage cushion is a bit of a gimmick and is actually quite uncomfortable when on the chair so I’ve taken it off. All in all not the greatest but will make do for now

Sadly this chair is not great. No matter how hard or often I tighten the screws, the chairs sounds like it is about to fall apart. the gas strut doesn't really work and it literally feels like I am sitting on a boat in choppy sea water. I have had to add a pillow to the base so it doesn't feel like I am sitting on the hard wood.Every time I move it creaks or moans or sounds like a screw has cracked or broken.I've assembled a few chairs in my time, this is by far the worst of the lot.Terrible chair...

La sedia si presenta ben imballata, ma appena la si apre ho visto scuciture e le perdonavo ma tra i braccioli e lo schienale sbrinato e una vera e propria vergogna per chi la produce. I cuscini sono imbottiti con delle pietre, appena mandi indietro lo schienale i braccioli grattano rumorosamente sulla pelle, il poggiapiedi per aprirlo e una vera missione almenoché non vuoi romperlo, il cuscino poggiatesta e un secondo poggiaschiena se non viene usata dai nani, la sedia e esageratamente bassa per chi ha le scrivanie da gaming. La sconsiglio vivamente

Si è rotto immediatamente il pistone che solleva la seduta. Il resto del materiale è buono, ero pure riuscita a montarlo bene fino al bracciolo.. Qui sporge un pò la similpelle e c'è voluto un pò per capire che dovevo proprio sgrattarla per fare aderire il bracciolo. Cmq il problema del pistone è grave. E anche la seduta, se ti appoggi si stende all'indietro anche se non vuoi.. Non va bene.
