Another Great book of wonderful recipes and invaluable information.
I find all of Marta's books educational and valuable tools in my kitchen and my life.. I have learned a lot over the past few years from her books. I really like the message she sends to her readers. She allows for individuality and humanness! The ingredients that she teaches about are something that you can take with you no matter where you go or what you are doing. I was burned out on smoothies for a while, but now I have more ideas to work with. Thanks Marta!

Why Alkaline Smoothies are good?
The author certainly has a lot of experience with creating a delicious menu of Alkaline Smoothies, but why are they good?This is answered in location 558 of the kindle edition. The author demonstrates their expertise talking about how the body naturally balances out acid and alkaline.So why do you need to read this book then? Because it has 55 recipes in it, so you don't have to do the thinking.All you need to do is start making the smoothie! Read this eBook and learn some delicious ingredients to put in your next smoothie.

Delicious smoothies!
Love this book! I have all of her books but this one really knocked it out if the park for me. I’m a vegan bodybuilder and sometimes trying to find something quick, delicious, protein packed and portable is difficult. This makes it so easy! No weird ingredients like I’ve seen in other books. Working my way through with a different smoothie each day. So good! If you haven’t read her books before I highly suggest getting them.

Protein?
I'm not sure why it's called "Protein" smoothies. It focuses mostly on fat and minerals. The protein comes from chia seeds mainly.

Easy, Simple and delicious
The media could not be loaded. I've been looking into the alkaline diet for a while now. But I wasn't really sure what it was. I've also joined various alkaline groups on FB so that I can understand exactly what it is but unfortunately, I was more confused than ever.Until now, I absolutely love this book. Not only do you get delicious recipes, shopping lists, etc, but you get a mini crash course on what an Alkaline Diet is. It's absolutely amazing because it's full of information, you won't be disappointed. This book tells you exactly what fruits and veggies are alkaline, which greens to use, etc.And the recipes are delicious! They're simple, and very satisfying. A lot of the ingredients you might already have in your fridge. I've been following the recipes and I've already lost 5 lbs in a week. That's freaking awesome!I lost 5 lbs in a week by enjoying simple, delicious and nutritious smoothies. The work that Marta put into this book is truly amazing.Thank you!

A unique resource for alkaline, Keto friendly, delicious smoothies
This is a great recipe resource for easy to prepare, flavorful, vegan smoothies. Unlike most smoothie recipe books (many of which I have read), they are based primarily on non-dairy milks, rather than fruit. I have lately been following a mostly vegan ketogenic diet and these smoothies are an amazing resource. I made smoothie #2, which has few ingredients, all of which I had. First sip and my mouth said "WOW!". I have got plans to make several more recipes over the next week. Although I was given an advance copy to review, I have purchased most of Marta's books, and will buy this one too to keep my kindle library of Marta's books complete. Although you could go straight to the recipes and just dive in, i recommend that you take the time to read her crash course on the alkaline diet. I have read it before, but every time I do, I learn a little bit more and have a better understanding of the benefits of an alkaline diet.

Easy, healthy and savoury
SINCE I started my change in life style, Marta’s book have been a great help in eating healthy in a easy and savoury way. I love all the smoothies in this book.
