Excellent informative book
Bought as a gift for my daughter to assist on her foraging and food preserving journey. She loves it and has used a lot of the recipes already.

Good tea ideas but forage with caution!
In general this book is good but I don't think enough attention is paid to the importance of not foraging poisionous plants, of which there are many in the uk! Also the picture editor messed up a bit by using a photograph with a poisonous plant included.... Already having a bit of knowledge about uk plants though I am happy with the book.

Brilliant Brilliant book!
What an amazing book! I didn't realise I needed it in my life but oh boy I did. Not only is it full of fascinating information on the Plants and what they taste like, where to find them, how to grow them, how to harvest and dry them; it's also packed fu of ideas of combinations to try and different blends. I cannot wait to get experimenting. I also really love the way the book is written. It's like having a great chat over the cuppa with the authors, full of little touches of humour. Perfect!

Nicely illustrated and written
Lovely book for lovers of herbal/unique teas! It looks lovely and is well written and accessible. Maybe a bit basic for very experienced foragers but we aren't so it's just right! There's a fair few things you can grow yourself or buy to make the teas if foraging isn't for you!

Friend of the earth - not me
The thought of grubbing around for nettles and dandelions to make some foul concoction leaves me cold but for my aged hippy sister this is just the perfect birthday presentA well produced and attractive book with which I was well pleasedAnd when you have read it you can compost the paper and produce another foul brew

Amazing recipes
Amazing recipes and I’ve even tried a few. The dandelion root coffee was amazing, it really does taste like regular coffee but naturally caffeine free and also free. Looking forward to trying more as the seasons progress
