Cormac & Aileen ❤️🔥❤️🌶🔥
This book is filled with secrets, lies, danger, arranged marriage, baby, & dominance! Cormac knew he’d marry one day but he didn’t think it would be their enemies daughter but it’s what’s best for The Clan so he does his part and agrees. Aileen knows she has no value in her family and isjust a pawn to do what they choose and her marrying someone she never met is just what is expected of her. She doesn’t want to do anything to help her terrible family so she tries to run! When Cormac learns of her action he takes pleasure in punishing her and even though she is distraught by it all she liked it more than she expected!A terrible “accident” occurs and she has some medical issues to deal with and she is not going to give up but she doesn’t know this man or his family but something about them makes her feel more at home then she ever did before! She is drawn to Cormac and she wants to own him as much as he wants to own her. This book is fun, flirty, feisty, and lustful! You will not be disappointed in watching them come together and seeing them grow together. You will enjoy this book immensely. Happy Reading!!

An Alpha Male & A Brave, Feisty Heroine = A Captivating Story
Cormac is the second book in the Dark Irish Mafia Romance (Dangerous Doms) Series by Jane Henry. It can be read as a standalone. Cormac is an intriguing story with many twists and turns. There is danger, revenge, passion, and love. It will keep you captivated from the beginning.Cormac is the second eldest brother in the McCarthy Irish Mafia family. He must wed a daughter from the Martin family/clan to save the families from going to war. Cormac knows that he must do his duty, but is not sure what to expect of his future bride given how untrustworthy the rival clan is.After being told that she is to marry as a form of payment to the McCarthy family/clan and knowing how violent her own family can be, Aileen doesn’t anticipate the husband and family that she marries into. Aileen faces every aspect of her life, new challenge and threat with her head held high and with bravery and courage. She discovers that Cormac is a dangerous man as well as a dominant, protective & possessive alpha male.Together Cormac and Aileen have chemistry and a connection from the start, but Aileen is hesitant to give in or allow herself to fall for Cormac. Aileen is a sassy, feisty, and clever person. This story has suspense, danger, action, intrigue, and romance. Cormac and Aileen’s story was hard to put down. I loved how Cormac and Aileen learned to trust, love, and rely on each other as their relationship grows throughout the story. It was wonderful being about to see some of the other characters from the first book and can’t wait for the next book. If you love alpha males with a sweet side and feisty women, you will love this book. I highly recommend Cormac.5 Stars

Good, easy read
I did enjoy this one. Irish mafia is a genre I haven’t read yet and this author did a wonderful job keeping me entertained. There was suspense, action and a good storyline.I did feel bad for Aileen but thought she wasn’t the strongest character she could’ve been. She seemed so strong at times but then.. she just wasn’t. The whole amnesia thing seemed kind of odd, forced, and out of place. It was just weird. I would have liked to seen more development in her character. I didn’t really get the switching back and forth between loathing and loving.Cormac was ok too. Although some things he did I just didn’t agree with. Like the first time they met. It set things up as being very hard to believe that anything good would come from it.Not sure if I will continue with the series but I think it was a good introduction into the Irish mafia books and am currently looking into more books in this genre.

For love and duty
Jane Henry brings us book 2 in the Dangerous Doms series with Cormac and I will readily admit that I like this one better than the first. Cormac is all sorts of ruthless, alpha male and his bride, Aileen, is as sassy as she is bratty, but not in a bad way. Brother #2 of the McCarthy clan is tasked with marrying a Martin to prevent a war between the clans but he never expected to fall for his wife. As in tumbling, head-over-heels in love with her. Likes: I really liked the lead characters—both were strong and Ms. Henry did a great job building the chemistry between the two. The underlying suspense in the story was well-played out until the end. And the interplay with the other characters (from book 1 and hopefully well into the series) worked really well. The story paces well and I enjoyed the world-building. Definitely an enjoyable read.

Great chemistry
I really enjoyed this book. The chemistry between Aileen and Cormac was especially good. I loved the way their relationship started out so rocky but got steadily better. I enjoyed the relationships with all the secondary characters as well, particularly Cormac's brothers. There were a few grammar errors. (The author needs to learn the difference between who's and whose, for one thing.) I wasn't really sold on the revelation of who was causing all the trouble. That's the reason I didn't give this book 5 stars. (I won't go into detail on why the antagonist didn't work for me because I don't want to give anything away.) Despite that, it was a very enjoyable read.

Trauma n Family
This story is full of suspense and angst with a few bits of kindness and love making tucked in. I think I was looking forward to a bit of a more straightforward story with clear dangers navigated by the Clan, but that's not this story... It starts off with a straightforward story, but when the greenhouse crashes down the story gets shrouded in mystery and amnesia. Then there are twists and turns that don't really seem helpful in the end. I like the story but its only slightly finished really. Hopefully Nolan's story will solve some of the mysterious Sheena questions. ALTHOUGH I almost wish she only leads him to his completely different wife. I am hoping one ends up with a sniper who is a woman or a cat burglar or an assassin... I don't want all the women to be easily swayed by their husbands and the clan. Also in this story we know she finishes university but they never say what she studied... its a loose end in my mind... leaves me wondering why the author even mentions University if what she studied wasn't important enough to even mention. It an OK book in the series but hopefully the other stories will have more.

Not for me
Although writing is good, like other reviewers I just can’t get very much into the punishing part. After reading the first book of the series I decided to give this one a chance but I just couldn’t finish it. I’ve read very dark books so I get the punishment in the beginning, but by the end of the book it makes you think are those women loves these men or it’s just because they don’t have better choice. I’m giving 3⭐️ because writing is good but still the story plot is more like years ago when women didn’t have any rights to say/ express themselves. And saying you’ll give them everything by shopping for clothes it’s just not enough for me. So I won’t be continuing the series

Cormac 2nd in command
An arranged marriage a gift to stop a war between clans after one was responsible for killing the Don Cormac’s father, just before they collected the bride to be she escape a few days before, now captured again and has to be punished, not a great start for Cormac. Thank goodness it had a happy ending. Love it.

What was this!!!!
I can not even word it now laughable is story line of this book. At list don't give the title " dark irish mafia ", this is just a amateurish conversations between boy and girl and this girl has no personality at all. Disappointing waist of time.
